Our course prices vary depending on the course. The course pricing starts at $899. In order to see the prices for the course that fits your dental office, head to the course description and the price is listed there. 

To supplement your entire in-office training, your employees will access online video lectures, a downloadable workbook for them to fill in, resources, and a Certificate of Completion. 

For employees looking for further support, we offer 1-hour, monthly virtual group coaching calls with our experienced coaches for only $99 per call.

When you join Dental Career Academy, you gain one (1) month of access to your course. If you wish to continue after one month or have not finished your courses within the month, you will automatically be subscribed for $99 per month until canceled.

There is a $99/team member/month for each additional team member who needs training.

YES! Our Registered Dental Hygienist series offers 1 hour of AGD CE credit per course. If you complete all four courses, you will receive a total of 4 hours of CE. Please ensure to complete the required steps and CE evaluation form within the course to receive your CE certificate. CE certificates will be sent automatically via email.

Each team member will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of each course – indicating their success in understanding the information presented.

Each course is designed with one (1) person in mind. 30 days after purchasing the course, there is an automatic $99 per month subscription for continued access and support.

To have additional team members take advantage of these courses, it is an additional $99 per month per team member. There will be a link in your purchase confirmation email where you can add your team members for this special pricing.

You are responsible for updating and canceling team member accounts.

Our coaching and accountability group is an additional $99 per 1-hour virtual call (not included in the subscription). This is a monthly Zoom call with other team members training for similar positions and the team coach.

That’s ok! Although DCA cannot upgrade your hiring process, it can help your office with training those candidates with little or no dental experience to have a better onboarding experience.

That’s ok! DCA courses cannot take the place of in-office onboarding and accountability; however, DCA is incredible at giving a standard, consistent, high-level onboarding experience to those candidates with little or no dental experience.

That’s ok! We would recommend, however, finding the person in the office who is currently able to understand and teach your office’s front office standards to supplement DCA’s onboarding. Having an accountable trainer (even if that is the doctor!) is extremely helpful in speeding up an understanding of the information reviewed in DCA.
